Decaf South American coffee from Ontario

22 decaf South American coffees from 16 roasters in Ontario.

Decaf has caught up with the rest of the menu. Sugarcane (ethyl acetate), Swiss Water and CO2 processes remove the caffeine before roasting while keeping the origin character, so a good decaf from Ontario tastes like the coffee it started as. This page also lists half-caf blends for people cutting down rather than cutting out.

South American coffees run from Colombia's balanced washed lots and Brazil's nutty naturals to the high-grown coffees of Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador. This page gathers every South American coffee from roasters in Ontario.
