Buy at 94 Celcius ↗Keramo is a washed coffee from the Bensa highlands in Ethiopia’s Sidama region. Its cup has intense floral aromatics, precise lemon acidity, and sweetness reminiscent of peach tea, with a light, silky body and a long, floral, refreshing finish. It is primarily composed of JARC 74112, along with locally grown Ethiopian landraces. The coffee is fermented wet for 36 to 72 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds.
